I have sent some work in to get checked, just some general class work in the past and they showed me where my formula was being wrongly implemented. But the best help i found was one on one consultations with mathematicians from India who charge near $1 an hour.

As some of them are really advanced at mathematics. And they help you fix the basic flaws and problems you implement into each equation your trying to achieve.

Mathematics can be a complex subject so its best to get some outside tutoring on top of class work and study time. Extra help from teachers is offered at nearly every school and this should be utilised, because its very handy to have. Whether your doing general, advanced, 3 unit or 4 unit advanced mathematics all the foundations are the same. You need to stick with the formulas and accurately use them to find answers to multiple problems. This is why maths is still my favourite subject.

Maths begins to get scary for young kids at an early age, especially in year 8 when they are introduced to algebra. Like every other subject yearly progressions are necessary for a student to become good and develop as a mathematician.
